HawaiianCharters.com is a charter discovery and referral platform intended to help travelers discover private yacht, catamaran, boat, and other charter experiences in Hawaii.

We are not the owner, vessel operator, captain, crew, charter provider, or direct seller of the charter services presented or referenced through the Website.

Charter services are provided by independent third-party charter operators. Any charter, excursion, cruise, transportation service, or other activity you ultimately arrange is provided by the applicable third-party operator and is subject to that operator's own terms, conditions, policies, requirements, availability, and pricing.

Our role may include providing information about charter experiences, helping you identify potentially suitable charter options, forwarding inquiries to relevant charter operators, and directing you to third-party websites where you may obtain additional information or make a booking.

2. Charter Inquiries and Requests

Submitting a charter inquiry or charter plan does not constitute a booking or reservation.

Submission of your charter plan does not guarantee that:

  • you will receive a response from a charter operator; or
  • a charter will ultimately be booked.

Any booking or reservation is made directly with the applicable charter operator and becomes subject to the operator's confirmation and applicable terms and conditions.

3. Sharing of Your Information With Charter Operators

When you submit your charter plan through our online form or contact us regarding a charter, you agree that we may share the personal information and charter plan details you provide with relevant third-party charter operators for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, identifying suitable charter options, communicating with you regarding your request, or facilitating a potential booking.

Information that may be shared can include, where provided:

  • Telephone number;
  • Preferred destination;
  • Preferred dates;
  • Number of guests;

  • the operator's cancellation or refund practices; or

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable charter operator's information, terms and conditions, cancellation and refund policies, safety requirements, restrictions, and other applicable policies before making a booking or participating in a charter.

5. Bookings and Payments

HawaiianCharters.com does not accept bookings or reservations for charter services and does not accept payments for charters.

Where a third-party charter operator provides a booking facility, you will enter into a separate transaction or agreement with that operator.

Any questions or disputes concerning a booking should be directed to the applicable charter operator.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Payment issues;
  • Deposits;
  • Cancellations;
  • Refunds;
  • Rescheduling;
  • No-shows;
